Register Report

The Register Report uses a descendant-ordered format. It presents information about your family starting with an ancestor and moving forward in time to that individual's descendants.

The Register format is the format which is accepted by the New England Historic Genealogical Society, one of the oldest genealogical societies in the country. The Register format dates back to 1870 and is used to establish "pedigree."
